Alterations, additions and hardscaping to circa 1920’s California Bungalow residence. Particular care and attention to replicate and reproduce original features and details including roof coverings, external brickwork and rendering, gable and eaves detail, traditional door and window joinery. Extensive landscaping works included paved paths and entertaining areas using a combination of recycled brick and sandstone.
